Based on Marshall Rosenburg’s Non-Violent Communication Model
with Alexandra Geiger LCSW-R and Lauren Braunstein PhD
Beginning Tues, Feb 13th, next 3 Tuesdays.
6:30pm – 8pm in Friendship Hall
Remaining classes $10 ea

Do you bite your tongue to hold back saying what you really feel? Are you afraid of hurting or annihilating others? Do you feel like expressing your truth is scary or difficult?
Workshop Goals:
– Learn How to Speak your Truth with Clarity, Authenticity and Kindness
-Learn the FOUR steps of Compassionate Communication
·Learn to identify your FEELINGS ( ie. Anger, sadness) within a specific
situation
·Learn to identify your NEEDS (ie. Support, independence, connection)
Come with a conflict to work with in a safe /non- judgmental space.
