Join us, In-Person for a magical guided meditation every Thursday at 6pm with a variety of facilitators. Relax, Unwind, Let Go, Release to the tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, Angel Harp, Drums or Gongs and a peaceful, guided journey through time and space.
Relax your body, and reduce stress, while allowing energetic healing with guided imagery meditations.
