Oneness and Social Justice Team

Starting January 16th, 2024

7pm in Room 301

As a spiritual community, we have an opportunity to be a leading voice to promote a just and equitable society for multiple marginalized groups. Reflecting our beliefs in the oneness of humanity, we owe it to our fellow human beings to be active allies to all those experiencing marginalization – personal and institutional.

To this end, the First Unity Oneness and Social Justice Team will convene its first meeting on Tuesday, January 16 at 7 PM in Room 301. We are looking for like-minded individuals who are committed to the promotion of an equal and just society. If you are someone who wants to understand better the marginalization of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ to become an active ally in the dismantling of such discriminatory practices, please join us.
