Join us for an hour and a half of yoga and meditation followed by intro to Cacao.  We will have a special addition to this event that you won’t want to miss!

Fire and Ice ritual 🔥🔥🔥

Experience two healing rituals during this event. We will release past emotions and hurt during a fire ritual. After we will use breathing techniques to help us with our ice plunge.  The class is suitable for all students.
